Technical Director
MEET COACH Q
Coach Q is a Minnesota based soccer coach with a passion for developing players and building strong, competitive environments. Over the years, he has worked with players at all levels, from youth to college and beyond, while also leading large programs and managing coaching staff.
He holds a UEFA B License (with UEFA A in progress) and has experience at the highest levels of player identification, having worked as a scout with Minnesota United FC Academy, FC Dallas Academy and as an ECNL Director. His background gives him a strong understanding of what it takes for players to develop and move to the next level.
His coaching style focuses on high energy, attention to detail, and helping players improve both technically and mentally. Coach Q believes in creating a positive but challenging environment where players can grow, compete, and enjoy the game.

We also operate with a club-neutral mindset, meaning players stay with their current soccer clubs while receiving supplemental high-level training from us.
